Using Lens Chain
Lens Chain can be added to any EVM-compatible wallet.
You can get testnet GRASS tokens from the faucets

A warning such as This token symbol doesn't match the network name or chain ID entered is to be expected at this stage.
Manually Add to MetaMask
Alternatively, you can add the Lens Chain to MetaMask by following these steps:

Open the MetaMask browser extension.

Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Networks and click the Add network button.

In the Add a network manually form, enter the following information:
